Enough privacy policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026. Developer: darttem. Contact: darttem1@gmail.com.

Enough processes your settings and choices on your device. The app has no account, advertising, analytics SDK, developer-operated server or cloud sync. It does not upload your selected apps, photos, settings or choice history to the developer.

Screen Time and settings

With your permission, Apple's Screen Time frameworks manage protection for the apps, categories and websites you select. Enough stores the selection tokens, your text and appearance preferences, wait duration, session length, and active session identifier/start/end dates in its local App Group container. Its Screen Time extensions share this container to apply protection. These identifiers are not used for advertising or tracking.

You can change your selection or disable protection in Enough. You can revoke Screen Time access in iPhone Settings. The app cannot read your messages or social-media feed.

Photos

When you choose a photo through Apple's photo picker, Enough saves resized JPEG copies locally for your countdown background, including legacy small previews. The app does not request access to your entire photo library. Replacing or removing the background removes its previous local copies; the original photo in your library is not changed. Enough does not upload these images.

Local choice history

Enough stores a local identifier, request time and outcome for your unblock attempts: keep blocked, start a session, or leave without choosing. It does not measure the contents of other apps or claim to record every app opening. History is limited to 2,000 attempts; records older than 30 days are removed when history is maintained. Clear it under Your choices → Clear choice history. Settings and photos are stored until you change or remove them.

Timers and Live Activities

The countdown uses device uptime to measure elapsed time; that information is not transmitted by Enough. A small local UserDefaults value remembers the last session for which a Live Activity was requested, so a dismissed timer is not recreated for that session. Live Activity data contains the session identifier and start/end times, not your photo, private question or selected-app list. iOS controls display on system surfaces and compatible connected devices according to your settings.

Storage, backup and removal

Files are stored in the app or App Group sandbox with iOS Data Protection. Enough does not provide its own online backup, but iOS may include app data in device or iCloud backups according to your settings. Deleting the app normally removes its local data; device backups are managed separately through Apple. Offloading an app can preserve its documents and data. Removing a photo or clearing history is available without uninstalling.

Diagnostics, support and external pages

Enough has no automatic diagnostic-upload service. iOS may keep local system diagnostic records and handles any sharing you enable with Apple. If you voluntarily email support, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to answer that request. Avoid sending private photos, app-selection data or sensitive screenshots unless necessary. Opening a public support or privacy page uses your browser; its hosting provider may process standard connection information such as IP address for delivery and security. These pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts. They are hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Support email is handled through Gmail; messages are used to respond and resolve the request. You can ask for deletion of support correspondence by emailing the same address.
