Enough support
First setup
Open Enough, allow Screen Time access, choose the apps, categories or websites to protect, and enable Protection. Do not select Enough itself. No account or Shortcuts automation is required.
Use Enough
A blocked app shows your message and Dismiss. Dismiss closes the blocked app. To request access, open Enough yourself, tap Unblock, wait for the circle countdown, then confirm Unblock. The session begins only at that final confirmation. Close Enough and open your chosen app yourself. One session opens the entire selected group.
Existing Shortcuts
The earlier Needs a pause action now returns No. Its conditional Instagram automation no longer redirects. Pause Exit is no longer used; you may delete both. If a different automation opens Enough unconditionally, disable it in Shortcuts. The old Instagram-only full-screen redirect is not the current workflow.
Session or timer trouble
Check Screen Time permission, selected apps and the Protection switch under Setup & connection. The session clock continues while you switch apps or lock the phone. iOS can delay background callbacks. End session now restores protection manually. If a session cannot be scheduled, Enough keeps apps blocked. If protection is unavailable, check connection and, if needed, restart the iPhone.
The optional Live Activity needs permission in iPhone Settings. Supported iPhones show it in Dynamic Island; the Lock Screen can also show it. Dismissing the visible timer does not extend or cancel your session.
Personal data
Change or remove your photo in Appearance. Clear your local history in Your choices. Disable protection or revoke Screen Time permission whenever you choose. Read Privacy policy for storage and backup details.
