Set your countdown text, choose an optional background photo, and pick a wait from 1–60 seconds. Sessions can last any whole minute from 1–480. One session opens your entire selected group; you can end it early in Enough.

No account, purchases, subscriptions, ads or developer-operated app server. Your settings, photos and choice history stay on your device, subject to your iPhone backup settings. Screen Time permission is required for protection. No Shortcuts automation is needed.
